I was recently at this Black Jack location and the manager or owner by the name is Des was being absurdly rude. She was being rude to not only me but every customer who was there. I expected more from my local pizza shop and I am sincerely disappointed with her and her attitude in the workplace. I don’t recommend going to Black jack on the days she is working. I felt very uncomfortable there.

Loved the New York styled pepperoni pizza! The salad was amazing as well. I do not understand how they don't have a higher star rating and I am very impressed how the owner tries to honestly make it better. My kids and my wife absolutely loved our meal, which was delivered on time. Thank you for your efforts and keep being awesome! You are, by far, my new favorite pizza place in Brighton!

I requested well done chicken wings (20). They were soggy and not well done. I then got sick unrelated to the chicken. However, I could not call and bring the issue to the store's attention. Two days later I called upon feeling better and the manager refused to adjust for the poor order.
